Due to safety concerns, unfortunately we can not accept any returns of formula products, even if they are unopened. We would not feel comfortable reselling any returned formula to other parents. If an unopened box is returned to us we have no way to detect any tampering, so for the safety of the babies who depend on us, we can not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
